By Design Learning Centre - Admissions

Step 1:

Take a few minutes to fill out this form.

Step 2:

Plan to attend one of our Open Houses or schedule your own Personal Tour by emailing office@bydesignlearning.ca.

Step 3:

Request an Application for Enrolment by emailing principal@bydesignlearning.ca.

Step 4:

Meet with our Principal.  This is an opportunity to discuss your Application for Enrolment including how the By Design Learning Centre may be equipped to meet the unique learning needs of your child(ren).

Step 5:

Submit a signed Enrolment Agreement and a registration fee of $500.00 per child
to bookkeeper@bydesignlearning.ca.  This fee will be deducted from the last tuition
payment in March of the following year if your application is successful or returned if it is
not.

Step 6:

A decision concerning your application will be communicated as soon as possible.
